Retro Robot Boxes -The Next Generation

Remember the Robots Invasion from a few months ago? Well, here it comes the Next Generation lot, a 2.0 version with the same retro looks but more colourful, detailed features.

All of them can move their arms and are mainly made out of big tea balls and vintage vacuum valves from the late 50s and early 60s, but they all have quite distinctive personalities! Here they are, presented to you one by one:

SQUINTY SCOTT

20,5cm high, made with a big inox tea ball, a vintage vacuum valve from the late 50s, two small drawer pulls and a handful of washers (metal, plastic and rubber ones), screws, hooks and bolts.

His eyes are two red glass beads placed in a clear outward turning way, but he insists he is not faulty -what you may call 'boss-eyed' or 'squint-eyed' is in fact a Highly Developed Peripheral Vision (HDPV) bonus!

GARY GOLDFINGER

Quite impressive with his 20cm of heigth and mix of chrome and bronze shines. Made with a big inox tea ball, a vintage vacuum valve from the late 50s, two 70s chrome drawer pulls, a handful of washers (metal, plastic and rubber ones), screws, hooks and bolts -some brass ones.

RUBY ROBBIE

The chubbiest of them all (17cm high and looking rounder due to his short legs), made with a medium-big inox tea ball, a vintage vacuum valve from the early 60s, two transparent red plastic drawer pulls and a handful of washers (metal, black and red plastic and rubber ones), screws, hooks and bolts.

GLOWY GERRY

The second tallest of them all (21cm high), made with a big inox tea ball, a vintage vacuum valve from the late 50s, two 70s chrome drawer pulls, a handful of washers (metal, plastic and rubber ones), screws, hooks and bolts.

The beads in his legs and mouth may look clear in the daylight, but they turn a glowing yellow-green once the lights go out! (Charge these photoluminescent beads under bright lights, then watch the scary version of Gerry in the dark. Fun!)

BLUE BENNY
The tallest of them all (22cm high), made with a big inox tea ball, a vintage vacuum valve from the early 60s, two transparent blue plastic drawer pulls plus metal, plastic and rubber washers, screws, hooks, bolts and other recycled parts. The eyes are two light blue glass beads.
